The dashboard is the main page to the Hosted Solutions platform. It serves to allow you a quick overview of your business immediately. There are 13 Widgets to provide focused information on your offered services.

The wrench and screwdriver icon in the upper right-hand corner of the dashboard, next to your sign in name allows you to add or remove widgets you do not require, as well as rearrange them. Below are the definitions of the Widgets available.

Dashboard Widget Definitions

SITE STATUS

This widget provides a real time look at equipment status per location and a time stamp of the last known connection.

The Error Level is color coded to give a quick status alert at glance and also provides a one word notice.

Notice and Color Definitions:

  • NONE - GREEN - Everything is operational with no signs of issues or alerts
  • SOFT - YELLOW - These errors are typically small such a printer paper empty, does not affect operational status.
  • ERROR - RED - A non operational error has occurred or been reported and requires attention.

DAILY STATS

This widget gives an overview of the overall daily income and redeemed items for the current date and for the month.

Buttons at the bottom of the widget provide further details by expanding the income details.

The “Show All Income” button expands the details in the widget.

You may also go direct to the Daily report by clicking the “Full Report” button.

The Daily Stats widget gives a glimpse of the overall activity of your site or sites. It allows quick access to more in depth information at the click of a button.

INCOME BY LOCATION

This widget displays a horizontal bar chart that displays a transaction count per location.

It also displays the income level being generated by each location.

You may print or save this chart for later Using the hamburger menu in the upper right of this widget.

The Income By location bar graph provides a way to visualize the current income at each registered location.

ITEM COUNTS

A widget with a vertical bar graph that displays the item count usage for each location.

For multiple locations, to filter a site on or off can be achieved by clicking its location name below the graph.

You may print or save this chart for later Using the hamburger menu in the upper right of this widget.

The Item Counts bar graph displays the count of Item sales per location using various colors to identify the differences in a more visual way.

INCOME BY HOUR

Another graphing widget that displays a line graph with site income by the hour.

Rolling your mouse cursor over any point in the line graph will display the income at the time mark.

You may print or save this chart for later Using the hamburger menu in the upper right of this widget.

The Income by Hour graph displays the current and historic flow of income for a 24 hour period at a glance. This can help identify peak hours and times to better adjust deals or marketing strategies.

REDEEMED

A useful widget that draws a colored pie chart containing the breakdown of total redemptions.

Above the pie chart can be seen a monetary total for redeemed.

Looking at the pie chart or rolling over any section of it with the mouse cursor will highlight that sections category.

This provides a pop up detailing the percentage of the total redemption that category occupies.

Clicking on that section will separate it from the pie for easier visualization.

A pie chart that breaks down the current value of redeemed items. A total value is displayed above with an itemized breakdown presented in a pie.

SALES AND REDEEMED BY LOCATION

This horizontal bar graph breaks down sales and redemptions per location.

It sorts the locations on the left. While the top markers display the total transaction counts The bottom marks track the total sales value. Each location consists of two separate-colored bars. One measuring the Transaction count and the other measuring the sales value. Using the hamburger menu in the upper right of this widget you may print or save the chart for later use.

This graph displays a bar chart with the total sales and redeemed values by location.

APP ACTIVITY

This widget displays your Mobile App activity broken down by type and sorted by day and monthly total.
The App Activity widget breaks down the total app sales and interactions for the current day and for the month.
If you do not currently have the Mobile App you may remove this widget.

APP - LOYALTY POINT AWARDS

This chart displays a historical breakdown of Mobile App users who have received loyalty point awards. The breakdown displays not only the days awards but the total month as well as the cumulative year.
A quick view of the Loyalty Awards. The totals for the current day, the current month and for the year, are all displayed.
If you do not currently have the Mobile App you may remove this widget.

APP - TOP WASH CLUB USERS

This widget displays a list of your top wash club members.

This helps identify the most active users as well as the most used clubs.

A button below the list allows access to “View All Users.”
A chart of the current top users of your wash club as well as a count for the month of total uses.
If you do not currently have Wash Clubs, you may choose to remove this widget.

APP - BIRTHDAY WASHES

This widget displays a historical breakdown of Mobile App users who have received a birthday award. The breakdown displays not only the days awards but the total month as well as the cumulative year.
A simple overview of birthday rewards that have been sent out, used, or expired for the current day, month and year.
This widget will only be populated if you are offering a birthday award to your members.

EXPRESSPASS ACTIVITY

This widget breaks down the recurring billing as well as total pass income. These values are split between daily numbers and a monthly total.
A breakdown of pass totals for the current day and for the month. This displays counts from signups to user activity.
If you do not currently have ExpressPass, you may choose to remove this widget.

TOP EXPRESSPASS USERS

This widget provides a real time list that displays your top ExpressPass Users.

This helps identify the most active users as well as the most used clubs. A button below the list allows access to “View All Accounts.”

A list of the top ExpressPass accounts currently active and a usage count for each.
If you do not currently have ExpressPass, you may choose to remove this widget.
